Are your shoes original?
Yes. Every pair goes through our authenticity check before it's listed, and we never sell replicas. If any pair you buy from us is ever proven fake, you get a full refund.
Why are the prices so much lower than retail?
Every pair has been owned before. Even "like new" pairs lose a big part of their retail value once they leave the shop, and we pass that saving on to you.
Can I see real photos of a pair before buying?
Of course. Open the pair and tap "Ask for photos on WhatsApp". We'll send close-ups and a short video of that exact pair.
Can you hold a pair for me?
Placing an order puts the pair on hold for you right away. For bank or wallet payments, we hold it for 24 hours while we wait for your payment.
Do you restock the same model?
Each listing is one pair. We often get popular models again in other sizes. Tell us what you want on the contact page and we'll message you when one comes in.
Delivery & payment
How long does delivery take?
2 to 4 working days to most cities in Pakistan by courier. Remote areas can take a little longer.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat fee and free on bigger orders. The current amount shows in your cart.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. You choose at checkout. For bank and wallet payments, we send the account details after you order.
Can I check the shoes before paying the rider?
Yes, for cash on delivery orders you can open the parcel in front of the rider and check the pair before paying.
Returns
What if they don't fit?
You can return a pair within 3 days of delivery if it doesn't fit. It must come back in the same condition. We refund the shoe price, and the return delivery is on you.
What if the pair isn't as described?
If the condition doesn't match the listing, send it back within the return window and we'll refund everything, including delivery both ways.
Selling
Do you buy shoes?
Yes. We buy authentic branded sneakers in good condition. Send us details and photos and we'll reply with an offer within 24 hours.
How do I get paid when I sell?
After we check the pair in person, we pay instantly by cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Choose store credit instead and you get 10% more.
