Pre-loved, never pre-faked
VEXO SOLE started because good branded sneakers cost too much new, and buying used online felt like a gamble. So we made the gamble disappear: every pair is checked, cleaned and graded by people who live and breathe sneakers.
Our process
What happens to every pair
Authenticity check
We compare stitching, fonts on the tongue and size tags, insole printing, glue lines, smell and box labels against verified retail pairs. If anything is off, the pair is rejected.
Deep clean
Uppers are cleaned by hand with the right product for leather, suede or mesh. Midsoles are scrubbed, laces washed, and insoles washed and deodorised.
Honest grading
Two people grade each pair separately on our 10-point scale. If they disagree, the lower score wins. Every crease, scuff and mark goes into the listing.
Real photos on request
Before you pay, ask on WhatsApp and we'll send close-ups and a short video of the exact pair you're buying, in daylight.
Condition guide
What the score means
We grade conservatively. If a pair doesn't match its score when it arrives, send it back within 3 days for a full refund.

| 10/10 | Deadstock | Never worn outside. May have been tried on indoors. |
| 9/10 | Like new | Worn 1 to 3 times. No creasing, very light sole marks. |
| 8/10 | Excellent | Light toe-box creasing, minimal sole wear, no damage. |
| 7/10 | Good | Visible creasing and sole wear. Small scuffs, all listed. |
| 6/10 | Fair | Well worn but structurally solid. Priced low and fully described. |
Size chart
Find your size
Stand on paper, mark your heel and longest toe, and measure in centimetres. Sizing varies a little between brands, so ask us for the insole length of any pair.
